“One of the most rewarding parts of this ongoing resistance is that people are finding one another. They’re breaking their isolation. They’re coming out from their homes and their neighborhoods, and they’re saying, ‘I’m not alone in thinking this is wrong, and I’m not alone in wanting to do something about it.“ from resistance group that meets at Alligator Alcatraz
”The community we create in struggle becomes the foundation of the world we’re fighting for.” Scot Nakagawa

Today we protested in SOLIDARITY WITH MINNEAPOLIS!
70 plus people showed up to demand ICE OUT NOW. It was great to hear that Unions in Minnesota paid for people to miss work today. The beginnings of a general strike in the future. Minneapolis leading the way in freezing temperatures. Sending Love and thank you for all the work being done. Thank you everyone who came to the Honk and Wave Protest on Bybee Overpass.

From our BOYCOTT leader who keeps us informed.
Dear Indivisiblepdx23 members:
1) Early on, CBS and its parent company Paramount Global paid millions of dollars to the Trump administration when they settled a bogus lawsuit.
2) They canceled Steven Colbert’s show at Trump’s request.
3) Worst of all, CBS was the first to report that the ICE agent who killed Renee Good was treated for internal injuries after being hit by her car—which turns out to a lie.
To influence Paramount Global's business practices, the following actions are recommended:
- Cancel Subscriptions: Stop paying for services that carry CBS content, such as Paramount+.
- Target Advertisers: Contact major advertisers—including P&G, Amazon, PepsiCo, and Toyota—to explain that you are pausing support for their products due to their funding of Paramount.
- Voice Concerns Publicly: Use social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X to share your reasons for the boycott and encourage others to join.
- Contact Decision-Makers: Directly reach out to Paramount Global’s board or leadership to express your dissatisfaction.
- Support Alternatives: Shift viewership and financial support to other news outlets and entertainment providers.
By combining financial pressure with public awareness, these steps aim to hold leadership accountable for the company's current practices.
Best regards,
Teri
